Pornhub is one of the biggest websites with XXX movies and pictures, being of course visited by a lot of people from all over the planet, including from Romania, as some studies published by the company that owns it have shown. Because it is so popular, Pornhub was sued by a man from the USA who is hearing impaired, complaining that the XX movies that the website has available do not even have subtitles attached.
Pornhub has a vast movie library, but when the man in question wanted to see "Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew" and "Sexy Cop Gets Witness To Talk", he realized that there were no subtitles for them. Not only Pornhub is mentioned in this process, but also Redtube, or Youporn, all in violation of a US law that obliges service providers, of almost all types, to include subtitles for this kind of movies, although sometimes they would not help at nothing.

Pornhub reacted to the process by saying that there is a section on the website where the man would have found at least part of what he was looking for, if he would have liked the films listed there. Although the people at Pornhub have a special category where they list movies with subtitles, it is possible that they are obliged to have subtitles for everything based on the American legislation, which of course is a very big problem, and extremely difficult to put into practice, in an ending.
"A deaf man is suing Pornhub and other porn sites because he says he 'can't enjoy video content' without subtitles. The lawsuit alleges that Pornhub, RedTube, and YouPorn violate the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Part of the goal of the ADA is to provide ``full and equal enjoyment'' of the goods, services, facilities, and privileges of a public accommodation."
Pornhub it is not the first company sued by the man, those from the New York Times and Fox News also being sued for the same reason. The man wants Pornhub to be fined by the authorities for violating US law, to pay compensation for the lack of subtitles, and finally to add them to all the movies that are currently available on the platform.
