iOS 13.4: The New SF Function that Customers DID NOT EXPECT

iOS 13.4 has been implemented by the Apple company with a new SF function that none of the iPhone customers expected at this time.

iOS 13.4 car key

iOS 13.4 was released last night in beta version by the Apple company, and comes with a series of new functions implemented by the Americans to solve some of the problems brought by iOS 13, but not only that. Among the novelties that were discovered in the source code of iOS 13.4 is a function that Apple fans did not expect, or at least they did not expect to see it implemented natively in the operating system.

iOS 13.4 wants to include a special API called "CarKey", which facilitates the transformation of iPhone phones into a key for unlocking and starting a car, without using the key with which it is delivered. Yes, you read that right, iPhones will have a natively implemented feature that will allow car manufacturers to turn the iPhone into a key for their cars, and iOS 13.4 will bring everything starting this summer.

iOS 13.4: The New SF Function that NO Customer EXPECTS

iOS 13.4 will offer this functionality for cars that have Keyless Entry and Keyless Go systems, plus dedicated applications, but apparently Face ID is not needed for the system to be used. Interestingly, the Apple Watch could also be used to unlock and start the car, even if they run out of battery, so iOS 13.4 brings a functionality for Apple customers that we didn't think we would have too soon.

iOS 13.4 it will allow unlocking through the Wallet application, as we do with Apple Pay, the virtual car key being stored there, and when we want to get into the car and leave with it, we will only have to activate it, as we do for mobile payments. Interestingly, that virtual key can be shared with any family members, so anyone can enter the car and leave with it if they have the key on their iPhone and at least iOS 13.4.

iOS 13.4 the function has already been tested by some car manufacturers, and I think Tesla will be one of the first to offer the function, especially since it has an application that allows controlling many functions of the car, but others may offer the same thing in the future.
