Coronavirus Romania: case 9 confirmed in a man from Hunedoara

Coronavirus Romania case 9

The Romanian authorities have confirmed a ninth citizen infected with the Coronavirus in Romania, and this time we are talking about a 40-year-old man who entered Romania on February 26, coming from Bergamo, he is in isolation at home.

Yesterday, the man asked the authorities for help after he started to have a fever, and after tests were taken, it was confirmed that he is infected with the Coronavirus, in the next few hours he will be transferred for admission to the hospital in Timisoara.

Unlike the eighth case, here we are talking about a new person who came infected from Italy, so it is not an infection with Coronavirus that occurred on the territory of Romania, but the good part is that she was in isolation at home, so we hope that he did not ignore the recommendations, and did not infect other people.

With a total of 9 cases of infection with the Coronavirus, Romania is one of the countries that reports more and more cases from one day to the next, and this while more than 12.000 people are in isolation at home, some of them consciously ignoring the recommendations, and infecting other people.

"A new positive case was confirmed following the test for Coronavirus (COVID-19), namely a 40-year-old man from Hunedoara. The person has been in home isolation since February 26, as he returned to the country from Italy (Bergamo). His samples were taken yesterday, after the man developed a fever. The man will be admitted to the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Timișoara and an epidemiological investigation has been launched to identify all the people he came into contact with."

Today, a young man from Iasi county was taken to the police during a driving test after it was found that he ignored the home isolation imposed by DSP, he was fined 10.000 LEI, but if he is infected, it is possible that other people will be infected until he got there.
