Coronavirus Romania: New Cases, Cures from November 8, 2020

Coronavirus Romania New Cases Cured November 8

The situation of the Corona virus pandemic in Romania has been going in a very dangerous direction for a long time, with more and more cases announced daily, the barrier of 10.000 new cases being exceeded every day, and some experts expect us to pass 20.000 new cases cases per day very soon.

Unfortunately, we have over 100 deaths announced every day, with records reached this week, while at ATI over 80% of the beds are occupied, and it is expected that the percentage will increase because the number of infections exceeds the expectations of many Romanians.

Starting tomorrow, the partial quarantine will be reimposed in Romania, all to try to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus as much as possible in our country, the authorities hoping that the Romanians will understand and respect these measures as best as possible to protect their health.

6742 patients were confirmed in the last 24 hours as being infected with the new Coronavirus, a huge number, 10 times higher than what is usually reported on Sundays in August.

"Until today, November 8, on the territory of Romania, 303.751 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.

204.679 patients were declared cured.

The coefficient of cumulative infections per 14 days, reported per 1.000 inhabitants, is calculated by the Directorates of Public Health, at the level of the Municipality of Bucharest and the counties.
