Valeriu Gheorghita officially announced today that starting today 80.000 people will be vaccinated daily in Romania, a very large figure that should give us an understanding that the authorities want to vaccinate as many people as quickly as possible.
Valeriu Gheorghita says that 60.000 of the people will be vaccinated with the vaccine produced by Pfizer, 10.000 with the Moderna serum, while the rest will be covered by AstraZeneca, and here it is possible that in reality the number will be lower if not everyone goes to programming.
"I looked at the appointments for the following week. Starting from Tuesday, we will have about 80.000 people vaccinated. We currently have about 80.000 people every day who are already scheduled and have taken a place in the vaccination centers, about 60.000 are with Pfizer, about 10.000 with Moderna, the rest with AstraZeneca."
