16.455 Romanians were vaccinated against the Coronavirus in the last 24 hours, more than half of them with the first dose, which is good news, but for now we are still far from the numbers needed for good protection among the country's population.

1. Number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (in the last 24 hours): 16.455, to a number of 16.455 people of which:
– 9.213 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 7.242 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
2. Total number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (as of December 27, 2020): 9.042.170, to a number of 4.768.940 people of which:
– 177.461 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 4.591.479 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
3. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours): 6 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 1 local reactions;
– 5 general reactions.
4. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):
16.629 common and minor reactions (1,84/1000 administered doses), of which:
– 1.785 local reactions with pain at the injection site;
– 14.844 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies).
