Romanian Post changes July 5

The Romanian Post has made an official announcement, which you can see below, regarding a series of important changes that are being made starting on July 5 regarding international shipments, so that you now know what is happening.

"The Romanian Post National Company informs its customers that from July this year, the dates regarding the admission of the international mail service, small print and priority, will change.

Starting from July 5, 2021, the new data will come into force regarding: the admission of the PRIORITY printed and small package international mail service, the maximum limit for the declared value service and the admission or not of the additional service "Delivery by hand", for mail, printed and REGISTERED international small package or declared value.

Also, with the same date, the data regarding the maximum limits allowed for weight, declared value, size limits for simple and bulky parcels, as well as the admission or not of the additional Post Remaining, Confirmation of Receipt and Fragile services for parcels are changing international PRIORITY.

Considering the effects of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, a number of international destinations offered by the Romanian Post at the presentation are temporarily suspended. In order not to encounter difficulties in sending/receiving international shipments, we invite you to follow the CNPR communications, in which the list of suspended destinations is constantly updated."
