Romanian Post allows cash deposits in subunits
Did you know that, if you are a legal person, from now on you can deposit cash at any postal unit? Then, the amount will be electronically transferred to the bank account, on the second working day after the deposit.
Everything is possible with the help of 𝐲𝐲𝐂𝐬𝐬𝐡, the new service launched by Romanian Post for legal entities.
With approximately 5000 postal sub-units in both rural and urban areas, you can now stay compliant with legal provisions for cash payment and collection operations, worry-free.
MyCash, the new service, allows companies, respectively any legal entity client, to deposit cash at any postal subunit, which is then electronically transferred to the client's bank account, based on a protocol concluded with the Romanian Post.
"Through MyCash, we help companies to comply with the legal provisions regarding cash payment and collection operations, through a secure channel for the deposit and transfer of funds, reducing the logistical and financial burden of those who frequently handle cash", said Valentin Ștefan, the director general of the National Company "Romanian Post".
Customers have access to an extensive network of approximately 5.000 postal sub-units, in urban and rural areas, at any time of a working day and throughout the working hours of postal sub-units.
