The Delta variant of the Coronavirus is starting to make its presence felt very seriously in Romania, so that in a single week the number of daily cases increased by more than 50%, and this generates a lot of concern in our country, unfortunately.
Estimates from August regarding reaching 1500 new daily cases in September have already turned into 2000, but the numbers are too low if this growth trend of over 50% will continue from one week to the next in our country.
The growth rate of over 50% was maintained for almost the entire last week, and if the trend continues for another one/two weeks, then it can reach over 3000/4000 daily cases, but everything depends on how the Romanians will protect themselves.
