Instagram has officially announced, through the man who runs this company for Facebook, Adam Mosseri, about a series of major changes that will be made to the application's News Feed during 2022, some of which have been rumored for some time.
Instagram will start testing with its users a modification for the News Feed that will lead to the display of content according to the 3 options for display that we will have, these will then show us content based on the standard algorithm, of the favorite accounts chosen by us, or only those we follow.
Instagram has been heavily criticized in recent years for the way it displays content in its News Feed for users, and now the company appears to be keen to give people the ability to choose what they see, although many are likely to stay, or return, to the standard algorithm.
Testing Feed Changes 👀
We're starting to test the ability to switch between three different views on your home screen (two of which would give you the option to see posts in chronological order):

– Favorites
