Russia is regrouping at the moment to support new major attacks on the city of Mariupol, the armed forces of Ukraine stating that the current plan of the Russians is to break the defense line of the Ukrainians in the Donbas, and then move on to the city besieged by several good weeks already.
Russia has confirmed that it will focus on Luhansk and Donetsk in the next period, but Ukraine says that the plans are much more complex, and also target cities and regions outside of these two, and their data is most likely based on interceptions of the soldiers' communities russians

Ukraine's Armed Forces say Russian troops are regrouping and gathering additional forces near Mariupol, that are set to launch a new offensive on the besieged city.

Kiev would also be a major target for the Russian army, or at least that is what the Ukrainian army tells us, the generals in the General Staff being convinced that this regrouping by Russia would bring new attacks including on the capital, but probably from areas different parts of the country, from where the supply can be done more easily.

Oleksandr Hruzevych, deputy chief of staff of Ukraine's Ground Forces, said that about a third of Russian troops who had been deployed to Belarus were staying. Kyiv Oblast borders Belarus.
