WhatsApp has officially confirmed, first of all, the modification of the maximum size of the files that can be transferred through the messaging platform, so that soon it will be 2 GB, instead of 100 MB, which is the current size. We are talking here about documents, mainly, but almost any kind of files can be transferred via WhatsApp, especially when it comes to Android, where the limits don't really exist.

WhatsApp will also implement a change for the number of people who can participate in group conferences, so soon this limit will be changed to allow a number of 32 people to chat simultaneously.
