I was on mobile internet for a year.. I was looking for the best offers, the best speeds. I was on a PC with a costmote modem with 3gb monthly traffic.. which was enough for what I was doing at the time, 1gb from orange goes in a week. .they are thieves and bandits.
the orange internet works well in Mitici and in Prahova Valley.

In Craiova cosmote works much better than orange (orange signal dust) but vodafone surpasses cosmote in terms of speed and money 🙂
