Apple publica rezultatele financiare pentru Q2 2011

Cu doar jumatate de ora inaintea conferintei audio pentru prezentarea rezultatelor financiare pe Q2 2011 Apple a dat publicitatii cifrele privind veniturile incasate in Q2 si numarul de produse vandute. Apple a inregistrat venituri de 24.67 miliarde de dolari si profit de 5.99 miliarde de dolari rezultati din vanzarea a 4.69 milioane de tablete iPad, 18.65 milioane de terminale iPhone(113% crestere fata de anul trecut), 9.02 milioane de terminale iPod(17% scadere fata de anul trecut) si 3.76 milioane Mac-uri(28% crestere fata de anul trecut).

Fata de aceeasi perioada a anului trecut Apple si-a dublat incasarile si profitul insa rezultatele sunt sub cele din Q1 2011 cand Apple a beneficiat si de sezonul sarbatorilor de iarna. In aceeasi perioada a anului trecut Apple raporta incasari de doar 13.50 miliarde de doari si venituri de doar 3.07 miliarde de dolari si facand o comparatie cu anul acesta observam o crestere a profitului de 95%.

Record iPhone Sales Grow 113 Percent

CUPERTINO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apple® today announced financial results for its fiscal 2011 second quarter ended March 26, 2011. The Company posted record second quarter revenue of $24.67 billion and record second quarter net profit of $5.99 billion, or $6.40 per diluted share. These results compare to revenue of $13.50 billion and net quarterly profit of $3.07 billion, or $3.33 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter. Gross margin was 41.4 percent compared to 41.7 percent in the year-ago quarter. International sales accounted for 59 percent of the quarter’s revenue.

Apple sold 3.76 million Macs during the quarter, a 28 percent unit increase over the year-ago quarter. The Company sold 18.65 million iPhones in the quarter, representing 113 percent unit growth over the year-ago quarter. Apple sold 9.02 million iPods during the quarter, representing a 17 percent unit decline from the year-ago quarter. The Company also sold 4.69 million iPads during the quarter.

    Pe de alta parte cifrele sunt bune , nu se poate compara februarie si martie (februarie – martie a fost sfarsit de viata pentru iPad1 , si multi cred ca s-au abtinut sa o cumpere , asteptand iPad2 , iar iPad2 a fost disponibila doar in America in cantitati limitate ) cu noiembrie si decembrie , varful de vanzari in orice companie .

    Nokia estimeaza ca pe urmatorul trimestru veniturile pe segmentul telefoanelor si deviceurile sa scada undeva intre 6.1 si 6.6 miliarde EUR , de la 7.08 cat au fost in actualul trimestru .
    Compania mai estimeaza ca vanzarile grupului Nokia Siemens Networks sa fie pentru trimestrul viitor intre 3.2 miliarde EUR si 3.5 miliarde EUR .

    Dupa anuntarea rezultatelor , actiunile Nokia au crescut cu 4% in pre-market .

  • Intradevar! Prea putin pentru o companie care a dominat lumea GSM atatia ani… Rusine, NOKIA! Poate cu WP7 se vor ridica un pic, dar presupun ca nu atat de mult cum arata unii analisti. Si daca permanent Apple ar fi acoperit cererea de iPhone si iPad, vanzarile ar fi fost mult mai mari! Bravo! Si produse exceptionale, si marketing pe masura! Pentru Apple nici nu conteaza legile economice, nici criza nu i-a oprit! Bravo, inca o data!!!
