Angajatii Apple pot localiza clientii in magazine folosind aplicatii speciale


    Magazinele Apple sunt unele dintre cele mai moderne din lume si compania incearca sa imbunatateasca in mod constant experienta propriilor clienti. In aceasta idee cei de la Apple si-au dotat angajatii cu aplicatii speciale care sunt capabile sa ii atentioneze cand un client a intrat in magazin dar sa il si gaseasca pe o harta a magazinului. Vorbim despre clienti care si-au programat ridicarea unui produs din magazin folosind aplicatia Apple Store, aplicatie care trebuie sa fie instalata in terminalul lor atunci cand intra in magazinul companiei.

A store employee, Diego Aguirre, demonstrated an internal application running on iPod Touches that, for the last few weeks, has had the ability to show the in-store location of a shopper who has come to pick up a purchase. An iPhone owner can use the free Apple Store app to shop before entering the store. When she arrives, the app’s location feature alerts store workers on their iPhones, and they can find her and bring over her purchases. Sixteen customers used the app’s location feature to claim gear at the Palo Alto store on Friday, Mr. Aguirre said.

Apple retail employees have already been able to locate customers who request assistance in the store, using a system similar to the button you press on an airplane to get help from a flight attendant. IPads are mounted next to products in the store showing information and purchase options. Customers can tap a button on one of these iPads to request employee assistance, and a message appears saying a representative is on the way.

   Ideea este extrem de interesanta si nu numai ca usureaza munca angajatilor companiei dar imbunatateste si experienta clientului si in plus expediaza procesul de achizitie a unui produs. Un sistem similar era utilizat pana recent pentru cei care veneau cu probleme tehnice la Apple insa acum si clientii il pot utiliza. Nu stiu cate companii din lume au asemenea sisteme in propriile magazine dar cred ca ideea este extrem de buna si sper ca in viitor altii sa o implementeze in propriile lanturi de magazine.
