Apple sustine ca acea companie vinde produse contrafacute care sunt protejate de Apple prin intermediul drepturilor de autor si comercializarea trebuie oprita. Din pacate pentru Apple cei de la Ko Gadget nu prea intentioneaza sa sisteze vanzarile si au anuntat pe pagina lor de pe Facebook ca nu vor mai vinde produsul in regim propriu ci prin intermediul unor companii care comercializeaza accesorii GSM si ofera service pentru produse Apple.
