Toshiba lanseaza tableta Excite cu ecran de 13 inch

  Piata tabletelor nu ar fi indeajuns de fragmentata in opinia celor de la Toshiba care astazi au anuntat lansarea a trei tablete noi printre care se afla si una cu ecran de 13 inch. Cele trei tablete au ecrane de 7.7, 10 si 13 inch, vin echipate cu procesoare quad-core, ruleaza Android OS 4.0 si cea mai mare dintre ele are o rezolutie de 1600 x 900 pixeli deci nu va oferi imagini la fel de clare precum tableta iPad 3 care are un ecran cu o diagonata mai mica. Toate trei tabletele fac parte din seria Excite, in imaginea de mai sus le aveti prezentate si ele ar trebui sa se lupte cu restul tabletelor Android disponibile pe piata dar si cu tabletele iPad ale celor de la Apple.

  Daca Toshiba Excite cu ecran de 13 inch ar fi rulat si Windows 8 as fi inteles pe deplin decizia celor de la Toshiba de a o construi insa avand in vedere ca ea ruleaza doar Android nu prea vad de ce au lansat-o pe piata cand exista notebook-uri care la acelasi pret ofera functionalitate mult mult mai buna. Cea mai ieftina versiune a tabletei cu ecran de 13 inch va costa 650$, cu 250$ mai mult decat singura versiune a iPad 2 disponibila pe piata deci nu prea vad de ce un om normal ar cheltui 650$ pe o tableta cu Android OS cand ar putea sa isi cumpere un notebook sau o tableta iPad la acelasi pret.

  Spuneam zilele trecute ca unii producatori lanseaza produse doar pentru a nu fi uitati si imi pare rau sa o spun din nou in cazul celor de la Toshiba. Nu vad ratiunea in a cheltui 500$ pe Toshiba Excite 7.7 dar la fel de greu inteleg motivatia cuiva de a plati 650$ pe o tableta cu ecran de 13 inch.

    Nu stiu ce face Apple dar nicio tableta existenta pe piata nu se compara cu iPad…astazi am avut in fata un iPad si un Galaxy Tab si m-am convins ca este o diferenta de la cer la pamant… pe cat de scumpe pe atat de bune produsele celor de la Apple.

    @Luke I’m your father: s-au gandit altii inaitea ta, stai linistit. Numai ca nici Windows 7 si nici XP nu suporta arhitectura ARM. Si sa faca tablete x86 sunt prea scumpe, prea groase, iar autonomia lasa de dorit

    Exista deja tablete cu w7. Acer iconia w500 parca. Costa cat un ipad. :). Dar nu a avut succes.
