Starting almost an hour ago, all the big operators in Romania: Cosmote, Orange and Vodafone are selling iPhone terminals in Romania. Orange and Vodafone iPhone 3Gs/4 and Cosmote sells only iPhone 4 for now, but it is possible to bring iPhone 3GS in the near future (personal opinion).
Among these operators, only Cosmote sells factory unlocked terminals (decoded from the factory) and Orange and Vodafone sell terminals coded in their own networks. Vodafone and Cosmote sell the terminals without connecting to the network, but Orange only sells the iPhone 4 with the extension of an existing subscription or the conclusion of a new one.
At Cosmote/Germanos there are no limits for the number of terminals purchased, at Vodafone I don't know.
