Mail Rules is a new tweak for iDevices that allows us to control how the native iOS mail application works. With the help of this tweak we can set rules for emails received/sent using this application. We can set rules to block certain emails, to automatically delete some spam emails or to stop processing others. The tweak seems quite useful, but it must be used with care to avoid "accidentally" deleting certain messages.
Here are the functions of Mail Rules:
Supports matching on the following criteria:
- Account
- Headers
- Container
- Sender
- Subject
And supports the following actions:
- Delete message
- Mark as read
- Mark as unread
- Copy to folder
- Move to folder
- Stop processing rules
