Apple sued for infringing some patents in MacBooks

Apple was recently sued by another American company that claims that in the line of MacBooks Apple used certain technologies without the consent of the developer company. We are talking about some technologies that are related to the way in which WORKS Wi-Fi chips for MacBook Air/Pro, AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule. The company that sued Apple is called Linex, and it has something to share with HP, which in their view has infringed more or less the same patents as Apple. The 2 giants will have to prove in court how they used the respective technologies and will have to prove that they did not infringe Linex's patents in any way.

Of course, Apple will send its "pack" of lawyers to protect the company's interests and if it turns out that it has violated the patents, then it will probably pay to get rid of the problem. Just as Samsung was sued by Apple and Apple is being sued by others because in the USA exceptions are not made before the courts.
