MultiDialer allows you to make calls using third-party applications

MultiDialer is a tweak released this evening in Cydia, and with its help you can make calls using third-party applications. Practically, the tweak will allow you to make calls using applications such as Skype, Google Voice or Talkatone for now, but other applications will be added in the near future. When I talk about calls I mean the possibility of calling a phone number using one of these applications, so that number will be called using a VoIP connection, because these applications do not use the phone line of your iPhone.

Allows calls placed from native iOS apps (such as Phone, Mail, and Safari) to be handled by third-party apps if desired. Currently supports Google Voice, Talkatone, and Skype. Support for other apps may be added if they can be launched using URL schemes, such as "tktn://call?destination=0123456789" for making Google Voice VoIP calls through Talkatone.

MultiDialer is available in Cydia's BigBoss repo and only works on iOS 5.x.
