The other day I told you that at CES 2013 Lenovo presented a "tablet" with a 27-inch screen, but it seems that there is a trend in the industry, those from Sony, and other manufacturers, bringing similar products to the market. Although tablets normally have screens of up to 11 inches, PC manufacturers have thought of turning 20+ inch screens into tablets with the help of Windows 8. In the video clip above you have a demonstration of how it works Sony VAIO Tap 20 and what Apple didn't want to do for Mac, others did for Windows 8 PCs.
The Sony VAIO Tap 20 is basically a laptop with an Intel i7 processor, several GB of RAM and a fairly large HDD, so you basically have a computer that you only control using a touchscreen. I understand the idea of having such a product in the house for fun, I don't understand the idea of mobility with such a large screen, but surely there will be buyers for them as well. Products of this kind will never surpass tablets in sales and if they do not have a screen of at least 25 inches they are not suitable to be used for family games, but there is a market for them as well.
