A few weeks ago I presented you a Leica camera modified by Jony Ive and a good friend of his, that room to be sold in an auction for the RED charity. The social success of that product motivated Jony Ive to produce including one Mac Pro 2013 RED which you see in these pictures and which looks great. This Mac Pro is to be entered in the same auction, to be organized on November 23 in New York, other objects designed by the designer are to be present there.
The organizers of the event expect this Mac Pro to generate offers of $40.000 - $60.000 for its purchase, as it is a unique model and probably contains the top-of-the-range hardware available in Apple's Apple Store. To be honest, I think that if Apple had decided to sell a product of this kind in the store, it would have been extremely successful, the red color looking at least as good as the black one.
