Telekom Romania launches the MyAccount application for all fixed and mobile services

  My Account is an application for mobile terminals launched by Telekom Romania, offering its own customers the opportunity to consult their own existing accounts on the telekom.ro website. application My Account it was launched last year, but today Telekom Romania announced an update that allows viewing information about customers' fixed services. More precisely, customers will be able to view through the application information about the invoice for fixed services, they will be able to see the description of subscriptions for fixed services and they will be able to pay the invoices for fixed services.

Starting from February, the MyAccount mobile application developed by Telekom Romania is also available for fixed service customers. MyAccount is the only application of this type in Romania and also from the Deutsche Telekom group that offers integrated access to fixed and mobile services.

Through the MyAccount application, customers have access, with the same account, to all their Telekom services (voice, internet, entertainment) and to all the necessary information related to bills. Thus, users can consult the list of active services, view the history of invoices and payments, pay the new invoice and configure their electronic invoice service, regardless of whether they are customers of fixed, mobile or fixed-mobile integrated services.

Until now, integrated access to fixed and mobile services was possible only through the desktop version of MyAccount.

The MyAccount mobile app was originally launched in December 2014, when it was available to mobile service customers – both subscribers and prepaid card customers. The new MyAccount, which also includes landline services, is part of Telekom's strategy to become the number 1 integrated operator in Romania.
