iPhone 6S – stock situation at Apple

iPhone 6S Plus missingiPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus were put up for sale yesterday by the Apple company and it was expected that the initial stocks of terminals would run out in just a few hours from opening of pre-orders, as happens annually.

Well, the situation was completely different this year because almost all the models iPhone 6S sold by Apple can still be ordered with delivery on September 25, while only 6S iPhone Plus it is no longer available with such fast delivery.

Practically, at the moment it is very difficult to find an iPhone 6S Plus model for purchase with delivery on September 25 in any Apple Store that sells the new smartphones, but iPhone 6S it can still be ordered without problems with delivery on the day of release.

The only iPhone 6S model that is available with delivery in 2-3 weeks, in certain countries, is the rose gold one, but it was normal that terminals painted in the new color were not available in large quantities, although it was clear that they would be very wanted this year.

In the case of iPhone 6S Plus, deliveries are made 2-3 weeks after placing an order or 3-4 weeks after placing it, the time period varying depending on the country where the pre-order is made, Hong Kong remaining the first without units in stock.

Considering the evolution of stocks of iPhone 6S terminals, some might conclude that the interest vis-à-vis Apple smartphones is much lower than in previous years when stocks ran out in a few tens of minutes or hours, but the reality is not no one knows

If Apple still has units of the iPhone 6S available for delivery on September 25, then I would conclude that it has ordered enough units to cover the demand like never before in the history of iPhone terminal launches and that it is trying to make as many people happy as possible.
