Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), updated last night the App Store accessed by hundreds of millions of iDevice owners around the world to implement a new function related to a product recently launched on the market.
More precisely, starting last night the App Store displays in the application descriptions the existence of an application that can be installed on Apple TV 4, so that users will have the opportunity to enjoy the content or even on the new product and implicitly on a TV screen.
In the attached image you can see how the Apple company marks the applications that are available for Apple TV 4, the information being visible above those that provide details about in-app purchases, previous updates or the developer's website.
Although it may seem unimportant to many, this information is extremely useful for those who want to quickly discover applications that they can use on their own Apple TV 4, because a large part of the functionality of this product is based on applications.
There are currently over 2600 apps available for Apple TV 4 in the App Store, with Apple approving around 400 apps every week.
