The adoption rate of iOS 9 continues, surprisingly, to grow

iOS 9 adoption rate continues to grow despite the numerous problems that Apple's operating system had just a few weeks ago when users they could no longer access web links using the Safari browser.

According to Apple, 84% of active iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches worldwide are running one of iOS 9 versions launched to date, so we are talking about over 850 million mobile products launched by the Apple company to date.

Apart from these, over 160 million iDevices run iOS 8 or an earlier version of the operating system and the figure is an important one that suggests the fact that there are still many problems that the Apple company must solve in the near future.

Just a month ago, 79% of Apple's iDevices were running one of the iOS 9 versions released by those from Cupertino, so we are talking about a 5% increase in the adoption rate, quite a small one if we think about how many terminals there are still have not installed iOS 9.

Comparing with the latest versions of the Android operating system, the Apple company is doing excellently with its iOS, the adoption rate being the best in the case of iOS 8.
