Samsung will present a foldable smartphone at MWC 2017

The Samsung company intends to present a new foldable smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2017, according to recently published information. Given that Samsung Galaxy S8 will not be presented then, those from Samsung will need an impressive product, so a foldable smartphone will be presented at its stand.

We are talking about a prototype of a foldable smartphone that the Samsung company is still developing at the moment, so it will not be launched immediately after the Mobile World Congress 2017. The presentation of this foldable smartphone will take place in a private room that the company will set it up, so only certain people will be able to see it.

It is not known if it will be about journalists, or if Samsung wants to present it only to certain partners and employees within its group. Regardless of the situation, it is quite likely that we will also see images of this new smartphone of the Korean company, it being a possible new way to revolutionize a smartphone market that has not had major changes for some time.

Apart from this foldable smartphone, the Samsung company intends to present other gadgets with screens that can be bent, but for now it is not known which they will be. The latter will be publicly exhibited by the Samsung company, so they will be able to be seen by anyone, but without a Samsung Galaxy S8, there will probably be a lot of disappointment.

"Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display will not disclose the folderable smartphone and folder display to the general public at Mobile World Congress (MWC) held in Spain this month. Instead, only the invited customers will be able to unveil the latest version of the foldable smartphone and foldable display in a private exhibition room."
