Bucharest, November 16, 2018 – The biggest shopping event of the year, Black Friday 2018, kicked off at Fashion Days last night, November 15. The start was given in the mobile application at 19:00, when more than 40.000 people accessed the platform simultaneously.
In the first hour alone, more than 150.000 visitors were registered, who made approximately 16.000 orders. 40.000 products were purchased during this period, the largest order containing 35 items, worth 5.160 lei. In total, in the first hour, the value of the orders placed on Fashion Days exceeds 6 million lei.
The first 12 hours
Fashion Days saw an increase in the value of orders of more than 40% in the first 12 hours after the start of Black Friday. The best-selling product in the first 12 hours was the Guess metal appliqué crossbody bag, with 168 units purchased, while the top order included 55 items.
Interest in Black Friday grows strongly every year, so Fashion Days has prepared for this edition the richest offer so far: over 1,5 million clothing, footwear, accessories, cosmetics and home & decor products, with discounts of up to 90% were introduced to the portfolio for fashion enthusiasts and not only.

62% increase in traffic compared to last year in the first 12 hours.
