RO-ALERT: CALENDAR of Tests Scheduled for July 16-26

RO-ALERT has published today the calendar of the tests that will be done in Romania between July 16 and 26, here are the areas in which you will receive messages in the following days.

E-ALERT had announced last week that a new round of tests is to take place, those from IGSU wanting to further check the system's capacity, but also the way the employees manage the situations. In this idea, multiple tests will be carried out by RO-ALERT in various areas of the country, and between July 16 and 26, a series of tests will take place in Bucharest and llfoc county, so if you receive messages, you know what's going on happen.

RO-ALERT has already announced the message that the citizens will receive last week, which is: "TEST! This is a message for testing the RO-ALERT system. The application of self-protection measures is not required". All those who will receive this message from RO-ALERT on their phones must remember that everything is part of the national verification of the system, and that they should not worry, because it is not an emergency situation.

RO-ALERT will be tested between July 16 and 26 based on the calendar below, in the locations specified as follows:

  • July 16, between 10,00:12,00 a.m. and 2:XNUMX p.m., in Sector XNUMX and the city of Otopeni;
  • July 17, between 9,00:12,00 a.m. and 4:5 p.m. – Bucharest: Sectors XNUMX and XNUMX, Ilfov: Cornetu, Măgurele, Dărăști;
  • July 18, 10,00:12,00 a.m. – 1:XNUMX p.m. – Ilfov: Glina, Popești Leordeni, Berceni, Vidra, XNUMX Decembrie, Jilava, Dărăști, Măgurele, Cornetu, Bragadiru, Clinceni, Domnești, Ciorogârla, Joita, Săbăreni, Chiajna, Dragomirești- Vale, Chitila, Mogoșoaia, Corbeanca;
  • July 19, 9,00:12,00 a.m. – 2:3 p.m. – Bucharest: Sectors 5, XNUMX and XNUMX; Ilfov: Pantelimon, Cernica, Dascălu, Afumati, Petrăchioaia, Tunari, Otopeni, Balotești;
  • July 22, between 9,00:12,00 a.m. and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. – messages to the localities on the border of Bucharest and Ilfov county;
  • July 23 and 24, between 9,00:12,00 a.m. and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. - Bucharest and Ilfov;
  • July 26, between 10,00:12 and 00:XNUMX – the entire territory of Bucharest-Ilfov.

RO-ALERT will send test messages to all compatible phones that are active in the networks Orange, Vodafone, RCS & RDS, Telekom, and which have been configured correctly, if this is necessary. If you do not receive any message from RO-ALERT when you are in one of the areas, you should talk to your telephone operator to find out what the problem is, and if settings need to be made.
