RO-ALERT. A very important message from the Romanian authorities came today for the emergency alert system, here are the explanations they offered.

RO-ALERT. CAREFUL! IMPORTANT message Romanian authorities

E-ALERT. Today a new round of test messages was carried out by the authorities, this time those from ISU Bucharest directly sending the alert message to test its reception by the citizens of Romania. I saw that a lot of people are still scared by the messages, some receiving them for the second time, others for the first time, but this is precisely the purpose of tests of this kind made for RO-ALERT in the country.

E-ALERT. First of all, the people from IGSU announced that the tests will continue until July 30, but this is what I told you already last week, when the calendar for the testing of this period was published. Secondly, you surely saw that the messages received through RO-ALERT in the last two days seemed to be written incorrectly, or had elements that did not seem to have what they were looking for, but everything was part of the testing process.

E-ALERT. Those from IGSU say that they have received complaints from citizens following yesterday's and today's test rounds, including reports of multiple messages received, but this problem will be resolved. The purpose of the tests now is to discover the problems that RO-ALERT has with sending messages, so that any kind of deficiencies are discovered and solved in a timely manner, so that in the end citizens can be alerted when needed.

E-ALERT. Although this should not have been said, the people from IGSU did it, and do not recommend deactivating the alerts received through the system, because in case of necessity we will not be able to be alerted in connection with possible emergency situations. Of course, I don't recommend you to do this either, and if you accept to receive dozens or hundreds of notifications daily from Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, you can also accept RO-ALERT to keep you safe.

E-ALERT. Tests for the system will continue until July 30, but in various areas of the country, so theoretically, you should no longer receive alerts, at least in the Bucharest - Ilfov area.
