Those from Xiaomi are working on a new phone model that could revolutionize this industry to a great extent, more precisely, a smartphone that can be charged using solar energy, in order to substantially extend the autonomy of the battery.
In a patent application for its technology, Xiaomi presents a phone that has no cutouts or cuts in the screen, and that looks surprisingly good, having solar panels mounted in the case. Through these solar panels, the phone from Xiaomi would charge the phone's battery to extend the duration of use much more than what the integrated battery can normally offer, and a better autonomy is demanded by all phone users.

Several mobile phone manufacturers have played in the past with solutions that were meant to provide solar charging for their products, but so far no one has managed to create a technology that is useful.
