The Ministry of Health comes with a reaction following an announcement by the CCR regarding the measures of isolation, quarantine, and hospitalization of asymptomatic people, but infected with the new Coronavirus, measures that are still in force until the decision of the CCR will be published in the Official Gazette.
For the time being, the Ministry of Health can still use these measures to apply protective measures against the Coronavirus in Romania, and the Prime Minister said that despite the CCR decision, the measures can be applied based on Law 55, which also defined the state of alert in Romania .
The Ministry of Health is currently waiting for the CCR's motivation to see to what extent people can still be hospitalized if they are asymptomatic, or if those without symptoms can still be put in quarantine, or sent to isolation, but these measures have been taken in all European countries .
