The Vaccination Centers of the MAI were Opened to All Citizens

The MAI, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has announced that from today all its vaccination centers against the Coronavirus will be open to all citizens, so that anyone over the age of 18 will be able to go to the 11 centers across the country for immunization with the Pfizer vaccine .

"Starting from Wednesday, May 26, in the anti-COVID vaccination centers opened in the medical units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in addition to the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, anyone over the age of 18 will be able to be vaccinated, within the limits of the available vaccine doses.

People who want to be vaccinated can present themselves, without an appointment, at any of the 11 vaccination centers of the MAI between 8:00 a.m. and 16:00 p.m., with their identity document.

For the 11 vaccination centers, 60 doses of Comirnaty - Pfizer vaccine are allocated. In the event that after the vaccination of the MAI employees scheduled for that day, the number of people who want to be vaccinated will be greater than the number of available doses, they will be directed to return the following day.

Four of the 11 vaccination centers operate in Bucharest and Bihor county (Prof. Dr. Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital, Dr. Nicolae Kretuzlescu Medical Diagnostic and Outpatient Treatment Center, Avram Iancu Clinical Hospital in Oradea, Outpatient Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Oradea), one vaccination center is set up in the Ploiești Outpatient Diagnostic and Treatment Center, and the others in the County Medical Centers of the MAI in Hunedoara, Timiș, Constanța, Tulcea, Galați, Neamț."
