NATO announces through the voice of the Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, that Ukraine can win the war started by Russia, the attacking army failing to conquer the city of Kiev, and now they are also leaving the area of the city of Kharkiv, attacked for more than a month, but without any serious success recorded there.
NATO also says that the major offensive that Russia is trying to do in the Donbas is somewhat blocked at the moment, and of course that even in Mariupol there is no notable success for the Russians, so it remains to be seen how long this war will last, chosen because there are no clear victories that the Russians can boast of.
