Russia has for some time begun to move soldiers, weapons, and military equipment from the eastern areas of the country to the west, and the front of the war in which it lost over 1.000 tanks, hundreds of helicopters, or planes, and tens of thousands of soldiers , without getting even that much for now, apart from the sanctions that affected its economy.
Russia made a partial mobilization in the fall to gather 300.000 soldiers to send to Ukraine, and it seems that now it is bringing even more personnel to the war, but probably the weapons and military equipment it brings are necessary because the soldiers have something to carry out their established missions.
