Twitter si-a actualizat in cursul acestei seri aplicatia pentru OS X, implementand intr-un final suport pentru Notifications Center-ul disponibil de aproape un an de zile in OS X 10.8.3. Separat de aceasta implementare, aplicatia rezolva problemele Growl-ului in OS X Lion si OS X Mountain Lion, plus o gama extrem de variata de mesaje care impiedicau utilizarea obisnuita a aplicatiei. Twitter pentru OS X este disponibil gratuit in Mac App Store si functioneaza pe toate OS X-urile care au acces la magazin.
Notification Center integration: receive notifications when someone mentions you or when you receive a Direct Message. You can configure this from the app’s Preferences window.
