Astazi s-au implinit 5 ani din ziua lansarii primei versiuni a jocului Angry Birds pentru iPhone, iPad si ipod Touch, astfel ca finlandezii de la Rovio au luat decizia de a lansa o actualizare numita BirdDay pentru utilizatori. Update-ul vine ca o tentativa a celor de la Rovio de a celebra cei 5 ani de existenta ai Angry Birds, ei implementand pentru utilizatorii aplicatiilor peste 30 de niveluri inspirate din creatii artistice realizate de catre fanii seriei de jocuri lansate de-a lungul timpului.
