Zomm is a wireless accessory for your phone that warns you every time you move too far away from your phone, you have a call (it's useful when you're not on the phone), or it can serve as a panic button in extreme cases. With this accessory the size of a keychain you can be sure that you will never lose your phone again, you will never miss calls and you will always be able to call for help when needed.
Here are the functions of the Zomm accessory:
- It can be used as an alarm that warns you if you move too far away from your phone;
- Through the speaker mounted in Zomm you can hear when your phone rings or receive a message;
- Through the speaker you can talk to the people who answer your calls to emergency numbers like "112".
Zomma was presented at the CES 2010 invention fair and won the award for the best innovation. I for one consider this accessory very useful and I would probably have recommended it as a must-have if it hadn't been for the price of around €65.
