Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, the newest game in the Modern Combat series for iOS devices, was released during the evening by Gameloft in the AppStore. The new version of the game is of course a continuation of the old series and those from Gameloft have prepared a new series of equally interesting and demanding missions. The video clip above shows an extremely extremely interesting game, but after the experience with Gangstar, I don't let myself be taken away by a beautifully made video clip. The game is compatible with Retina Display, multitasking and a new multiplayer mode that allows starting games between up to 10 players.
Here's what's new in Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus:
- The buttons of the old version have been completely redone;
- Added support for the iPhone 4 gyroscope;
- The game has implemented many functions that use the gyroscope;
- You can play with one of the 3 characters in the 12 available scenarios;
- The graphics of the characters have been redone to increase the level of realism of the game;
- 15 weapons made according to the specifications of the real ones, but which can be improved with the help of accessories;
- The graphics of the environment have also been redone to increase the level of realism;
- Possibility to play in multiplayer with up to 10 people;
- You can choose one of the 4 multiplayer modes available: Battle, Team Battle, Defuse the Bomb and Capture the Flag;
- A series of weapons that you can unlock with points obtained from online games;
- You can use Gameloft LIVE to start online games with friends.
Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus is available in the AppStore for €5.49 and can be purchased from here. It is compatible with all iDevices and requires a minimum of iOS 3.1.2.
