iH8sn0w ready the release of the new version of sn0wbreeze that will allow iPhone owners to make a custom ipsw with which to update to iOS 4.2.1 without updating the baseband. The new version of the program should appear soon and will come with some new features for Windows users. The most important one is Baseband Preservation Mode, which will give users the opportunity to choose whether they want that custom ipsw to keep the baseband intact during the update or not. The second interesting modification costs the implementation of the Pac-Man game in sn0wbreeze and while the program is customizing the ipsw we will be able to play Pac-Man.

It is not known when the new version of sn0wbreeze will be available, but it is the only program with which we can make a custom ipsw from Windows.
