Travel in Safety is an application recently launched in App Store by a company that developed it for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, providing information on travel conditions and alerts for various countries. The application is available for various smartphones and is connected to the servers of the ministry so that you can be alerted at any time in relation to various problems.
The "Travel safely" application is intended for Romanian citizens traveling abroad. The application allows the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be able to contact you quickly if you have voluntarily registered your presence in a country and you are in difficulty. You will also be able to be contacted in case of emergencies in that country or region.
The app allows you to:
- find out the travel conditions, travel alert, diplomatic missions and general information of the countries you travel to
- to be alerted if special situations arise in the country where you are located
- to register in the records of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania in a certain country in order to be informed by SMS
- to be able to quickly contact the nearest mission of Romania in case of emergency
- quickly find out what the procedures are in case of incidents (accident, illness, loss of documents, etc.)
- to access the site of the nearest mission (in case of Internet connection)
application Travel in Safety provides information about Romanian diplomatic missions abroad, provides alerts for possible special situations that may occur in various countries and not only that. At the same time, the application offers the possibility to access the website of the nearest diplomatic mission and to help us get in touch with a volunteer of the mission to receive help.
