Yesterday I told you that Apple is preparing the launch of an iPod Touch 6G, a new model of the iPod Nano and a new model of the iPod Shuffle, these will be available in a series of new colors.
Specifically, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has prepared three new colors for its line of iPods, these being: dark blue, pink and gold. All three colors are presented as applicable to all three iPod models, so Apple is preparing a radical change for its product line.
As you can see from the image below, the Apple company has put effort into creating advertising materials with the three new iPod models, they are available in iTunes 12.2 launched yesterday to give users access to Apple Music on PC.
So far it has only been discovered that the iPod Touch 6G, iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle would be available in a series of new colors and it is not known if we will also see hardware updates, but this is 100% possible having considering that this has always been Apple's strategy.
Moving on now to the launch information, it seems that July 14th could be the date that the three new products could reach the market, and the 14th date appears in the presentation images of the products, as you can see in the image discovered above in iTunes 12.2.
Considering that some iPod Shuffle models are currently difficult to buy from the Apple Store, there is a possibility that the same is true for the other iPod models that Apple currently sells in stores.
Having said that, the new models of iPod Touch 6G, iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle could be launched on July 17, but of course it remains to be seen what Apple will decide to do.
