The Ministry of Health makes a new important announcement in the context where many people no longer know what to believe from various doctors who give somewhat contradictory and sometimes incomplete recommendations, and in this episode he talks about the medicinal spirit.
Bearing in mind that medicinal spirit has almost disappeared in pharmacies and shops the past few days, and the stocks will of course be replenished, the Ministry of Health offers a recommendation from the World Health Organization for the fight against the new Coronavirus, of course without consuming it, because not will help you in such a way of use.
- "The World Health Organization recommends the use of sanitary alcohol (medicinal alcohol) as a measure to prevent infection with the coronavirus.
- Sanitary alcohol (70% ethanol) can be used to disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
For hand disinfection, it is recommended to wash hands with soap for at least 30 seconds (about as long as it takes to sing the first 3 verses of "Deșteaptă-te române!") or to use disinfectant in the form of a gel (with 70% ethanol). - Sanitary alcohol is included in the national register of biocidal products in Romania, updated in January 2020.
