Coronavirus Romania Cases Cured July 1

Today we have a new report on the number of people infected with the new Coronavirus in Romania, and things continue to increase steadily in the number of people who are affected by the pandemic that has engulfed the whole world.

The coronavirus is still in great danger, spreading much faster than in the spring, this is also because people come into contact more often, and this puts us all at risk of getting sick, and from that point everything it can happen to anyone, no matter what they think.

"Until today, July 1, on the territory of Romania, 27.296 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed. Of the people confirmed positive, 20.749 were discharged, of which 19.314 cured patients and 1.435 asymptomatic patients, discharged 10 days after detection.

To date, 1.667 people diagnosed with COVID-19 have died.

 

Between 30.06.2020 (10:00) and 01.07.2020 (10:00) 16 deaths (5 men and 11 women) of patients infected with the new coronavirus, admitted to hospitals in Alba, Argeș, Bacău, were recorded. Bistrita-Năsăud, Brăila, Dâmbovița, Mehedinți, Bucharest, Neamț, Olt, Prahova and Suceava.

Of these, 1 death was fully registered in the age category 40-49 years, 5 deaths in the age category 60-69 years, 5 deaths in the age category 70-79 years and 5 deaths in people over 80 years old.

All deaths are of patients who had comorbidities.

Since the last information sent by the Strategic Communication Group, another 326 new cases of illness have been registered.

 

At the moment, 222 patients are admitted to the ATI.

 

On the territory of Romania, there are 833 people in institutionalized quarantine. Another 60.363 people are in isolation at home and are under medical monitoring.

 

Up to this date, at the national level, 722.697 tests have been processed.

 

In the last 24 hours, 438 calls were registered to the single emergency number 112 and 1.307 to the TELVERDE line (0800 800 358), opened specifically for informing citizens.

 

As a result of the violation of the provisions of Law no. 55 of 15.05.2020 regarding some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the police and gendarmes applied, in the last 24 hours, 429 contraventional sanctions, worth 149.090 lei.

Also, through the competent structures of the Police, yesterday, 3 crimes were detected for thwarting the fight against diseases, an act provided for and punished by art. 352 Criminal Code.

At the same time, on June 30 of this year, 61 people who did not comply with the measure of home isolation or quarantine were placed in institutionalized quarantine for 14 days or institutionalized quarantine was ordered for a new period of 14 days.

 

Regarding the situation of Romanian citizens in other countries, 4.795 Romanian citizens have been confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 (coronavirus): 1.885 in Italy, 561 in Spain, 107 in France, 2.075 in Germany, 97 in Great Britain , 28 in the Netherlands, 2 in Namibia, 3 in the USA, 6 in Austria, 3 in Belgium, 6 in Japan, 2 in Indonesia, 2 in Switzerland, 2 in Turkey, 2 in Iceland, 2 in Belarus and one each in Argentina, Tunisia, Ireland, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, Malta, Brazil, India, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Sweden. From the beginning of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) epidemic until now, 115 Romanian citizens abroad, 31 in Italy, 19 in France, 43 in Great Britain, 9 in Spain, 7 in Germany, 2 in Belgium, one in Sweden, one in Switzerland, one in the US and one in Brazil, have died.

Among the Romanian citizens confirmed with the new coronavirus, 72 were declared cured: 50 in Germany, 10 in France, 6 in Japan, 2 in Indonesia, 2 in Namibia, one in Luxembourg and one in Tunisia.
