The Ministry of Health has published a new information on the number of vaccines administered daily to patients in Romania, and you can see below that the number of people vaccinated for the first time dropped to only 4800, from over 20.000 last week, and over 30.000 in the previous, the lack of doses being to blame.

"Daily update - record of people vaccinated against COVID-19

1. Number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (in the last 24 hours): 35.026, to a number of 35.026 people of which:
– 4.885 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 30.141 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
2. Total number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (as of December 27, 2020): 891.348, to a number of 661.062 people of which:
– 430.776 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 230.286 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
3. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours): 66 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 12 local reactions;
– 54 general reactions.
4. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):
2489 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 530 local reactions with pain at the injection site;
– 1.959 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies).
