3 worrying meteorological warnings were issued by ANM, the National Meteorological Administration, during this afternoon, and this is because we are talking about extreme meteorological phenomena expected by meteorologists in certain areas of the country.
ANM issued a yellow code for quantitatively significant rains for September 2 and 3, an orange code for heavy rains in the same period, but also a red code for very heavy rains, up to 100 liters per m² in certain regions of the country, the three warnings covering the whole of Romania.

Targeted phenomena: quantitatively significant rains, temporarily accentuated atmospheric instability.

In the mentioned interval, in the west, east and southeast of the country there will be showers that will also have a torrential character, and the amounts of water will locally exceed 25...40 l/mXNUMX. Locally in the south-east of Muntenia and in Dobrogea, especially in the evening and at night, the showers will be accompanied by electrical discharges and intensification of the wind.
Note: Starting from the morning of Saturday (September 3), showers will narrow to the southeast and east of the country.
