  Anual cei de la Fortune realizeaza un top al celor mai cautati angajatori, el fiind realizat in baza a sute de mii de review-uri lasate de catre angajatii respectivelor companii. Anul trecut compania Apple se plasa pe locul 10 in topul celor mai cautati angajatori din SUA, iar anul acesta regasim compania americana pe pozitia 35, in scadere cu 25 de locuri. Daca va intrebati ce anume a generat o scadere atat de mare, ei bine mai jos aveti principalele probleme semnalate de catre angajati, cei mai nemultumiti regasindu-se in Apple Store-uri.

  • Creative (Apple Store): It’s busy. All. The. Time.
  • Packaging Engineer: High stress, long hours, too much security.
  • Genius: Difficult to move up. Interactions with customers can be trying. Understaffed and overworked. Hours can feel long and are inconvenient to a proper work life balance.
  • Mac Specialist (Apple Store): Hard to internally grow into management. Too touchy-feely at times. Managers pulled in too many directions.
  • Front End Engineer: Long hours during project launches and work/life balance takes a backseat at some points.
  • Apple Solutions Consultant: You have no authority to make any real decisions but you are still required to make them.
  • Senior Network Engineer: People always watching you. There are people that want to put you down. No respect for contractors. Tough work.
  • Manager: Expect to deal with a lot of ambiguity and shift gears in the dark. Some in-between senior management are a disappointment.

  Aglomeratia, orele suplimentare de munca, nivelul ridicat de securitate, dificultatea de a avansa, lipsa de autoritate in luarea deciziilor sunt doar cateva dintre problemele raportate de catre angajati, insa ele au contat extrem de mult in topul Fortune. Desi acum nu citim pentru prima oara despre aceste probleme ale Apple Store-urilor, ele totusi nu au fost rezolvate de catre management-ul companiei, insa probabil viitorul SVP al diviziei retail va lua act de plangerile facute de catre angajati si va incerca sa corecteze ceea ce se poate corecta.
