I know that some of you have been waiting for this for a long time, but here are the first news related to the compatibility between greenpois0n and iOS 4.3.x. Version 6.2 will be released soon and will be available with new versions of iOS. The information comes from a member of the DEv Team who claims that the team has found a very easy method to solve the compatibility problems between the old versions of greenpois0n and the new versions of iOS. It is not known yet when exactly this new version will be available, but as soon as it is published I will let you know.
In the past I have also said that 4.3.x support was on hold for greenpois0n to focus on iPad 2 jailbreak exclusively, our course has slightly changed (primary focus has never shifted from iPad 2 since it was released) it has now become possible to easily update and execute a workflow to enable RC6.2 (tentatively speaking... mmm #dirt) to be released "soon".
Unfortunately, we still don't know anything concrete about the jailbreak solution for iPad 2. Chronic Dev Team is working on it but they don't announce a possible date for its release and they probably won't announce soon either. greenpois0n will represent a much simpler jailbreak solution for current terminals and will probably affect iOS less.
