At CES 2012, the people from Lenovo surprised not only with the first smartphone built on the basis of Intel's Medfield platform, but also with a very interesting tablet-laptop that runs Windows 8. In the clip above we have a demonstration of the tablet and we talk about a 13.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, Intel i7 processor, 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD. This is the thinnest tablet-laptop available on the market, it's not really that beautiful, but I for one would be interested in buying it if it was available at a price that wouldn't scare me and send me to a MacBook Air.

Yoga Flip is a functional tablet that turns into a laptop when needed by simply bending the screen. Practically, many wanted such a product that also works with Mac OS X, but Apple does not seem interested in bringing something like this to the market, although it should seriously think about it. Such a tablet-laptop with an autonomy of about 10 hours and a price of $1.100 - $1.300 would generate very good sales for any manufacturer if it were equipped in the configuration described at the beginning of the article. Windows 8 of course completes it with its Metro dashboard, but unfortunately it will not be available on the market until Windows decides to launch its new operating system.

Would you buy such a product, regardless of who manufactured and sold it? I would seriously consider giving up my laptop for something like this.
